Easy Dumpster Rentals in Columbia
If you have a project – regardless of size – that will produce a lot of garbage or debris, renting a dumpster is a great way to go. However, the traditional dumpster is not always the best choice, because they are harder to fit in smaller spaces. A construction dumpster is longer and thinner, where the traditional dumpster is more cube-shaped. Renting a construction dumpster saves time, money, and frustration compared to hauling the material off on your own, and keeps you in compliance with local rules and regulations.
How Does the Rental Process Work?
When you know you need a roll off container, all you have to do is give us a call at (615) 219-0306. You will provide the details of your project, and if you know what dumpster size you need, you can tell us. If not, we’ll provide guidance on the size. From there, we will discuss delivery dates and times – and setup the delivery directly to your site. We will take time to address any questions or concerns you have – and ensure you know exactly what you can and cannot dispose of with the equipment. Same day delivery is typically not available, but is always a possibility, so just call to find out if that’s an option for you.
When you’re ready for us to come pick up the dumpster, we’ll arrange for pick up on the agreed upon day. If for some reason you want us to pick it up earlier, just call us and let us know so we can arrange it for you.
How Long Can I Keep the Dumpster?
We know the amount of time you may need your construction dumpster will vary depending on the project. We also know that you may not always be able to determine how long you will need to keep the unit on the property. That is why we will work with you to ensure you have the dumpster for the length of time you need it. Just ask us about our rental time frames when you call to make your rental reservation. We will do our best to accommodate you however we can.
How Big of a Roll-Off Container Do I Need?
This will depend on the size of the project you are doing, but our expert team can help you with recommendations after asking just a few questions. For the homeowner who is replacing the floor in one or two rooms of their home, or the landlord who’s cleaning up after some messy tenants leave the property, our smallest dumpster is the ideal choice. At 20 yards, measuring 12 feet long by 7 feet wide, by 4 feet tall, it fits in tight spaces. For the larger construction project that will involve a lot of debris, we may recommend our largest dumpster, which at 40 yards, measures 20 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 8 feet tall.
However, the size will also depend largely upon what you plan to put in it. For instance, if you’re dismantling a concrete driveway, logic dictates you would probably want the 40 yard dumpster, right? Well, when that one is full of concrete, it ends up being overweight, which breaks the rules and regulations associated with using roll-off containers on your construction site. That’s where a quick chat with our experts can help you.
